Aux Vivres restaurant has partnered with "Compost Montreal" a local compost pick up service, and is now composting 250 kg of organic vegetable waste each week.
By composting, we are helping our environment by redirecting up to 12 tonnes of organic waste from landfill sites each year. To learn more about composting in Montreal visit:

Including organic proteins like tofu and tempeh and super grains like organic rice and quinoa as the foundation for our “bowls” menu.
